- 1 green onion, chopped
- 3 medium eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. shredded Monterrey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
- Dash each salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. xanthan gum or your favorite thickener
