  • 1 dozen eggs, hard boiled
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • Pinch celery salt
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
