  • 1 pound medium Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic, (3 cloves)
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
